He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Lewis and Edna Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Lewis Lewis (Bailey); his children, Laresa Thompson (Richard) of Enid, Jana Alejandre (Carlos) of Tulsa, Marilyn Collins of Paris, Illinois, Kevin Lewis (Cammy) of Abbeville, Louisiana and Gaylon Lewis (Ashley) of Enid; and his siblings, Eddie Lewis (Dasie), Carlton Lewis, Farrell "Gene" Lewis (Marlyn), June Stalker, Judy Jump and Virginia Sams of Texas. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren as well as nieces, nephews and cousins other family and friends.
