She is survived by: her children, Jeremy (Shannon Green) and Shawna (Greg Perry); her grandchildren, MaRanda Carter (Jason), Jorden Thompson (Bo), Katelyn Green, Matt Perry (Bailee), Jared Perry (Madison) and Tanner Perry; her great grandchildren, Mallory, Cayden, Landon, Madison, Charlie and Mason; and her sister Sharon Slates. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
