With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sandra Kay Forney of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma, born in Duncan, Oklahoma, who passed away on October 20, 2022 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Edward Thomas and Mae Thomas; and her siblings, Ronnie Thomas, Charles Edwards and Hazel Faye Edwards.

She is survived by: her children, James Lewis and Karen Wetzel; her granddaughter Brooklyn Wetzel; and her great grandchildren, Aidan Baker, Draven Townsend and Gracely Wetzel-Craig. She is also survived by nephews and nieces.
