She was predeceased by: her parents, Dave L. Tate and Naomi Tate (Chandler); and her brother Don Tate. She is survived by: her children, Crystal Rayburn and Jeff Rayburn; and her brothers, Gary Tate and Rick Tate. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
