He is survived by: his wife Vickie Owens; his children, Jeremy Owens, Codi Owens and Joel Owens, Jr.; his grandchildren, Rafe Owens and Larkin Owens; and his brother James "JB" Brent Owens. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
