It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Chan Neil Ray (Pawnee, Oklahoma), born in Medford, Oregon, who passed away on September 11, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Chan Warren Ray and Betty Sue Ray; his wife Martha; his sons, Billy (Cheri) and Danny (Julie); his sisters, Cindy McIntosh, Desri Richardson and Polly Lavato; his grandchildren, Bailey, Collin Proctor, Cassidy Ray, Danae, Aiden and Eli Ray; and his great grandchild Erik Proctor.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Pawnee First Baptist Church memorial fund.
