It is with sadness that we share the passing of Diana Lynn Price (Pawnee, Oklahoma), born on November 15, 1957 in Morrison, Oklahoma. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Diana will be remembered for the impact she had on the lives of those around her. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Diana’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued her companionship.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerri Schlehuber (Elmer Branson) and Leroy Schlehuber (Mary Schlehuber); and her husband Jim Price. She is survived by: her children, Jason Price and Jaime Price; her grandchildren, Alex, Aaron (Kyla Jobe) and TJ; and her siblings, Donna and Ronnie.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Poteet Funeral Home (600 Illinois St, Pawnee, OK 74058).
