He was predeceased by: his father Jesse Bartley; and his great-niece Raygen Yandell. He is survived by: his mother Alma Kay Bartley (Kinney); his siblings, Eldon Bartley (Charlene) and Vivian Green (Cliff); and his siblings' children, Jesse Wade Bartley, Shawna Robinson, Erin Welch, Jena Green, Melissa Victory, Amanda Hill and Kelvin Fechner. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Jennings Cemetery (57011 S 36000, Jennings, OK 74038).
