He was predeceased by: his parent Darlene Carson; his sister Deborah Whiteshirt; and his daughters, Rosalee Hawkins and Sarah Smile Hawkins. He is survived by: his granddaughter Senior Year; his wife Rebecca Hawkins; his children, Tamera Hawkins of Tulsa, Ruth Hawkins of Cushing, Jonathan Hawkins, Joseph Hawkins III and Harrison Hawkins of Pawnee; and his sisters, Patricia Hawkins of Ridley, Marie Hawkins of Arlington, TX and Charlotte Alexander of Irving, TX.. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandson.
