He is survived by: his wife Donnis Elaine Whittaker of Maramec; his daughters, Shelly Kasitz (Kevin) of Gainesville and Stacy Kurth of Tulsa, Oklahoma; and his grandsons, Joshua Kasitz of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Matthew Kasitz of Charlotte and Jake Kasitz of Gainesville, Florida. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
