He is survived by: his wife Ophelia Manona Pratt (Clark); and his children, Willard Louis, Jr., Ladonna Lizzie, Robert Richard, George Henry, Thomas Douglas, Emmett Joey, Esther Nora, Louis Francis and Lisa Galene. He is also survived by numerous grand children, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren and numerous other family members.
A prayer was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at 810 Beck Dr, Pawnee, OK 74058. A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the North Indian Cemetery.
