He is survived by: his siblings, Thomas, Robert, Benny, Billy, Russell Kim Mcclellan, Dollie Mcclellan-Modlin and Judie Fern Mcclellan; his children, Frank Mcclellan III and Alicia Mcclellan; his granddaughter Megan Cunninghan; his son-in-law Milton Cunningham; his children, Tammy McClellan-Cunningham, Michael, Michelle Hyatt, Russell, Alice McClellan, Jeff and Tillie McClellan (Broncho); his grandchildren, Frankee (Derrick), Charlsie (Melvin) of McKayla, DJ, Skush (Tylynn), Blake (Baby K) and Walter (Joshua); his great grandchildren, Sta, Tse, Aaliyah, Gracie Lynn, Tsa, Moie, Kunu, Sterling, Oakley and Wyatt; and his sister Pam McClellan-Thames. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
