She was predeceased by: her parents, James H. Lacy and Goldie Lacy; her daughter Janice Marie; and her siblings, Maxine, Lorayne, Yvonne and Norris.
She is survived by: her husband William Wayne Allen; her daughters, Janet Price (Ricky Duncan), Anita Bolay (Daniel) and Billie Lukinbill (Leroy); her grandchildren, Alyshea Lara (Rob Stewart), Jason (Sarah Lara), Clayton (Amanda Sleeger), Adeline Sleeger and Cody Branson; and her sisters, Martha Bowyer and Judy Lacy. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
