He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Watt and Wanda Watt (Durbin); his parents-in-law, Gerald and Naomi Jean Payton; and his siblings, Jerry Watt and Cynthia Hoffman.
He is survived by: his spouse Billie Watt (Payton); his grandchildren, Connor Johnson (Mollie), Nathalie Belford (Carlton) and Layne Johnson; and his siblings, Rodger Watt, Joe Hoffman, Eugene Watt, Robert Watt, Anita Sloan, Lisa Boren, Fawn Carroll, Frank Riddle, Lucy Yeager and Leland Watt. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends.
