He is survived by: his wife Tricia Hutchens; his stepson Keagan Hutchens; his son Tristen Shelby (Taylor); his grandson Bodie; his siblings, Leland "Ricky" Wagner (Kathy) of Denver, Jill Lubar (Pete) of Denver, Marc LeBlanc of Denver, Heather LeBlanc of Denver, Danny LeBlanc (Cathren) of Denver, David Lee Wagner of Ignacio and James Wagner of Cortez; and his stepfather Bob LeBlanc of Denver. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews; as well as a ton of friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Perkins Lions Den (110 S Main St, Perkins, OK 74059).
