He is survived by: his son Phillip Terry Fagan; his daughter-in-law Julie Rae Fagan; his grandson Jessie Fagan (Miki Fagan); his siblings, Phillip Fagan and Darla Louise Woody; and his significant other Debra Higgins.
Viewing will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Dighton Marler Funeral Home (5106 N Washington St, Stillwater, OK 74075). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Knipe Cemetery West Knipe (525- 530 W Knipe Ave, Perkins, OK 74059).
