She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucille Green and Boyd Snodgrass; her husband Bob Haynes; her son Scott Lee Hawthorn; and her brothers, Jack Snodgrass and Gerry Kistler.
She is survived by: her son Jeff Hawthorn (Debbie); her grandsons, Spencer and Zachary Hawthorn; and her sister Cindy Allred. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family.
