He is survived by : his wife Diana Bice; his sons, Heath (Monique) and Aaron (Amy); his grandchildren, Katelyn, Jaxson and Sutton; his father Dale; his siblings, Mark (Cheri), Mike (Pam) and Rhonda; and his sister-in-law Denise Niebuhr (Butch). He is also survived by nieces and nephews and several lifelong friends.
