With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Perkins (Perry, Oklahoma), who passed away on August 18, 2025 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though David may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those David touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Perkins and Neoma Ruth Moore; and his son Andrew Lee Perkins (Donna Perkins). He is survived by: his children, Brittany (Cody Perkins) of Duncan, Oklahoma and David Leon Perkins II of Comanche; and his siblings, Johnny Perkins, Rosemary Younts of Duncan, Oklahoma and Trudy Rhodes of Edmond, Oklahoma.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
