He was predeceased by: his sons, Mark, Brian, Eric and Kurt. He is survived by: his family, Cecil, Hilda Hoffman, Delores Hoffman, Martha, Robert Cowden and Linda Hoffman. He is also survived by loving wife, four children and spouses, three grandchildren, friends and relatives.
In recognition of Dennis' lifelong commitment to education, the family welcomes donations to establish an endowed scholarship at Oklahoma State University in his memory. Please note your donation is in memory of Dennis R. Hoffman.
