He is survived by: his wife Alice Rupp Kopp; his daughters, Tanna Kopp Strom (Morris Strom) of Bixby, OK, Pamela Kopp Sadler (Mike Sadler) of Perry, OK and Shelby Kopp Torres (Clifton Tofpi, Jr) of Oklahoma City; his nephew Dennis McGill of Edmond; his grandchildren, Gabriel Strom of Tulsa, Emilie Strom Wright (Bryant Wright) of Fairbanks, AK, Amber Sadler Barnes (Ben Barnes) of Norman, OK and Daniel Sadler (Denea Sadler) of Norman, OK; and his great grandchildren, Holly Wright of Fairbanks, AK, Abigail Barnes of Norman, OK, Kaylie Barnes of Norman, OK, Mason Barnes of Norman, OK and Charlotte Sadler of Norman, OK..

“Terry Major, he passed 19-Jun-2013, met Fred when they both worked at Swan Hose Co. in Stillwater. After Terry and I, Sheila Stark, met at Swan Hose Co., also, we would go to Fred's farm and haul hay for him. I remember Fred's black Chow's that he had. Fred told me the last Chow I met would bite. Told Fred the Chow was nice, polite just like him, would scratch my leg to let me know he wanted another cookie. Fred was always nice, polite, gave help when he thought you might need it.”
