He is survived by: his spouse Jackie; his close friends, Don Klinglesmith and Gordon Cargill; his children, Marsha Metcalf (Joey) of Mannford, Brett Sandy (Valerie) of Perry and Kym Payne (Mark) of Stillwater; his stepdaughters, Cindy Williams (Jay) of Perry and Tina Hardy of Stillwater; his grandchildren, Jake Myers, Derek Myers, Wes Myers, Braxton Sandy, Bobbie Murrow, Brandie Carter, Heather Frable, Alicia Malget, Mike Knott, Cody Payne, Lacey Payne, Justin Williams, Jason Williams and Erin Hardy; and his sister-in-law Elaine Sandy (Gordon Cargill).
