She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Frank and Bertha Frank; and her husband Billy Merrill. She is survived by: her children, Brad Finley, Melissa of Perry, Ryan Finley (Keri) of Sarasota, Florida and Julie Smalley (Todd) of Coyle; her brother Kenneth Harry Frank; and her grandchildren, Taylor Finley Matturri (Christopher) of New York City, Mackenzie Burke (Alex) of Nashville and Tate Finley of Huntsville, Alabama. She is also survived by many cousins, church family, and friends.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Trout Funeral Home of Perry (1408 N 7th St, Perry, OK 73077). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Zion Lutheran Church- Perry (15976 John Wayne, Perry, OK 73077).
