He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hafner and Esther Hafner; and his brothers, Bill Hafner, Loren Hafner and Larry Hafner.
He is survived by: his wife DeAnn Hafner; his children, Brian Hafner of San Diego, CA and Valerie; his son-in-law Jim McDougald of Friant, CA; his grandchildren, Cody McDougald (Leslie) of Friant, CA and Kinsey Reed (Garrett) of Orlando; his great grandchild Kason Reed of Orlando, OK; and his sister-in-law Sandy Hafner of Tulsa, OK.
