She was predeceased by: her husband Cleo Ross Merriman; her son-in-law David Phillips; her grandson Steven W. Phillips; and her siblings, George Wiseman, Wilma Wiseman, Francis Smith, Leola Lynch and Lillie Kee.
She is survived by: her children, Jay Merriman, Doris Phillips and Linda Stogsdill (Gary); her grandchildren, Sherry Morrison (William), Matt Merriman (Julie) and Mindy Stogsdill; and her great grandchildren, David A. Phillips, Erin Morrison, Arden Morrison, Bryn Morrison, Sydney Phillips, Grant Phillips, Paige Merriman and Eli Merriman. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
