She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Ann Kendle (Mark) of Enid, OK, Kimberly Mae Forsythe (Michael) of Stillwater, OK, Robert Daniel Speikers of Perry, OK and Scott Joseph Speikers (Melissa) of Perry, OK; and her grandchildren, Janice Lemmons, Christopher Keeton of Perry, OK, Kory, Kaycee, Kyle Forsythe of Stillwater, OK, Robert James Speikers, Brandon Speikers of Perry, OK, Michael Kuchera of Enid, OK, Camo, Serenity and Scotty Speikers of Perry, OK. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
