He was predeceased by: his wife Juanita Mae Wagner; his sons, Mike Bolay (Mignon), Brent Bolay (Gina) and Kurt Bolay (Melinda); and his great grandchildren, Dalton, Dylan, Micah Taylor, Rhys, Emeri McComas, London Brummal, Everett, Winston, Margot Bolay, Owen, Tate Ground, Jaxon Staude, Isaac, Emma, Andrew Bolay and Salem Williams.
He is survived by: his daughter Brenda Hulette (Janet Roorbach); his sister Janice Ferda; his grandchildren, Brenette Taylor (Michael), Macay Brummal (Zac), Brigitte Ground (Kenny), Mason Bolay (Elise), Kathryn Staude (Jay), Madison Bolay (Jordan), Karolyn Moberly (Trey) and Allen Hulette; his stepgrandchildren, McCrae, Briley and Kennedy Williams; his nephew Paul (Megan); and his great-nephew Sam Ferda.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Trout Funeral Home of Perry (1408 N 7th St, Perry, OK 73077). A rosary was held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, November 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church (421 N 9th St, Perry, OK 73077).
