He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Theodore Jack and Eleanor Lou Jack (Hurst); his siblings, Arthur Theodore Jack Jr., Kenneth Lee Jack, Richard Alan Jack and Betty Lou Flower (Jack); his son Jim Hoggatt; and his granddaughter Christian Paige Vance.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Jack; his children, Dee Bay, Becky Miller, Tammy Vance, Jaylynn Malcolm, Larry Hoggatt and Jacksen Williams; his sister Shirley Marie Marquardt (Jack); Michael Bay and Gerald Miller. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; and 32 great-grandchildren.
