He is survived by: his mother Janice Emmons (Curran) of Perry, Oklahoma; his daughter Tahra Emmons (Drew Pennington); his grandchildren, Armando Pando, Ruben Pando Jr. (Patience Goforth) and Naomi Pando; his great grandchild Alonzo Pando; and his siblings, Gary Emmons (Misty) of Chandler, Sandy Richardson (Gary) of Perry, Cathy Condit of Tecumseh and Renae Reed of Enid, Oklahoma. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
