He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Sue Hixon; his daughter Connie Sullins Roberts; and his siblings, Robert Sullins, Richard Sullins (Dick), Wilma Condit and Vera Bolay.
He is survived by: his sons, Russell (Jeannie) of Oklahoma City and Mike (Brenda) of Perry; his grandchildren, Amanda Brownlow (Danny), Eric Sullins, Abby Munoz (Jon), Justin Mistler and Sharlee Roberts; and his great grandchildren, Jaxon Mistler, Calvin Brownlow, Henry Brownlow and Jace Munoz.
