She was predeceased by: her father Dana Ray Bohanan Sr.; her sister Stephanie Bohanan; her grandparents, Mildred, John Cusher, Ella and Haskell Bohanan; her niece Chasley Holt; and her nephew Angel Hernandez.
She is survived by: her mother Cynthia Ann Cusher; her siblings, Dana Bohanan Jr. of North Dakota, Ashley Bohanan (Jhovany Zambrano) of Broken Bow, Misty Bohanan of Battiest and Breanna Hernandez (Victor) of Smithville; her nephews, Hillari of D'Shayla, JJ, Brixton, Blaze, Sage, Nehni, Lluvia, Lisianna and Victor Jr.; her aunt Anita Cusher; and her close friend Tiffany. She is also survived by many other aunts, uncles, relatives, and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bunch - Singleton Funeral Home Chapel (205 N Broadway St, Broken Bow, OK 74728). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
