He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Charles Verdell "Booger" Owen and Lois Jewell Owen (Hallum); his siblings, Samuel Dwayne Owen and Jewell Layne "Corkey" Mitchell; his wife Toy Floleta Owen of Piedmont, OK; and his children, Charles Wayne "Jimmy" Owen, Jr. of Yukon, Oklahoma, Donna Kay Owen Mussyal (Marvin) of Piedmont and Rhonda Owen Schindler (Chuck) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He was also cherished by 4 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of beloved friends.
