Sharon Lea Knight Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 12, 2025, at the age of 78, Sharon Lea Knight of Piedmont, Oklahoma, born in Edmond, Oklahoma passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Sharon Lea Knight to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Deaton and Beryl Deaton; and her brothers, Jim and Johnny Deaton. She is survived by: her husband Fred Knight; her sons, Lynn Knight (Samantha) and Jeff Knight (Michelle); her grandchildren, Shelby McClendon (Grant), Caleb, Jeffrey and Jayden Knight; her great grandchild Layla; and her sister Harolyn Coker. She is also survived by numerous extended family members and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Chapel Hill Funeral Home (8701 Northwest Expy, Oklahoma City, OK 73162). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, March 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Church of the Servant (14343 N MacArthur Blvd, Oklahoma City, OK 73142). A graveside service will be held on Monday, March 24th 2025 at the Chapel Hill Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens (8701 Northwest Expy, Oklahoma City, OK 73162).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests memorial donations be made to Church of the Servant, INTEGRIS Health Baptist Volunteer Auxiliary, or a charity of your choice, as a way to continue Sharon's legacy of generosity and service.
