He is survived by: his wife Kay Glasscock Horn-Cullifer; his children, Trey Cullifer (Karli), Kinley Kay, Kember, Zeke Cullifer, Tobi Kaigler (Jeffery), Sunnie, Weston and Leslie Cullifer; his stepchildren, Brad Horn, Brent Horn, Bryan Horn, Michelle Frazier, Jason Gibson and Cody Gibson; his friends, Tommy and Pam Hensley; and his sisters, Donna Cox and Jeannie Thompson.
A graveside service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Wesley Cemetery.
