We are sad to announce that on August 29, 2023, at the age of 68, Billie Jo Frazier of Pocola, Oklahoma, born in Wichita, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, William Franklin Martin, Sr. and Helen Louise Hollars Martin; her husband Benny Joe Frazier; and her siblings, William Martin, Jr. and Deborah Martin.

She is survived by : her children, Cara Warren (Kevin) of Pocola, Natalie Sinclair of Van Buren and Richard McReynolds of California; and her siblings, Flora Henderson of Flagstaff, Arizona, Barbara Martin of Flagstaff, Arizona and David Martin of Phoenix, Arizona. She is also survived by grandchildren; and (4) great-grandchildren.
