He is survived by: his wife Linda Cox (Roach); his stepchildren, William Worley of Fort Smith, Daniel Worley (Patricia) of Cameron and Christian Pearl (Kendra) of Heavener, Oklahoma; his sisters, Anna Church of Cameron and Debra Stewart of Overgaard, Arizona; and his grandchildren, Sarah, Jack, Aria, Paisley, Kiara, William, Gabriel and Athena.
