He is survived by: his wife DeRhonda Swink; his children, Tasha Olsen (Anthony) of Harvest, AL, Traci O'Quinn of Tishomingo, OK, Trisha Cain (Lucus) of Carter, OK and Luke O'Quinn (Erin) of Fairfield, OH; his grandchildren, Braden, Bryson, Karlee, Jayden, Lexi, Phineas, Emberlee and Kashtyn; his father Joe O'Quinn of Port Isabel, TX; his siblings, Gerry O'Quinn (Brenda) of Wagoner, OK and Sherry Brooks (Kevin) of Destin, FL; and his brothers-in-law, Jerry Swink of Pocola, OK and Jody Swink (Janis) of Stigler, OK. He is also survived by four nieces and many friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Lewis Funeral Chapel (4817 Kelley Hwy, Fort Smith, AR 72904).
