She is survived by: her husband Gary Stevens of Ponca City; her sons, David, Jen Stevens of Pittsburgh, Matthew Stevens of Fort Smith and Michael Stevens of Ponca City; her grandchildren, Kyce Stevens, Allison Stevens, Aydin Stevens and Jay Fowler; her great grandchildren, Khalil and Zoella; and her siblings, Bob Fowler, Duane Fowler, Pat Fowler, Calvin Fowler, Sharon Hocker, Carolyn Fowler, Connie Wazny, Linda Barfield and Tammy Hruskevich. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
