He is survived by: his wife Diana Crawford; his stepdaughters, Lea Bennett of Tonkawa, OK and Tammy Diaz of Ponca City, OK.; his grandchildren, Crystal Lewis (Jeremy), Santana Taylor (Greenfield) and Dominque Le; his great grandchildren, Tanner, Brian, Layla Greenfield, Carrie Allison, Colt, Cambree Le and Rhiannon Lewis of Ponca City, OK.; and his siblings, Michael Roy (Cheryl), Dianne Roy (Lou) of Concord and Debra Scott of Concord.
