Edna Paris Obituary
With sadness, we share the passing of Edna Paris of Ponca City, Oklahoma. Edna, born on May 8, 1931, passed away on September 2, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edna Carpenter and Frank Carpenter; and her siblings, Joyce Rae (Harold), Dorothy Leonard (Sam), Myron Carpenter (Eileen) and Robert Carpenter.
She is survived by: her children, T. Lynne Waters of Tulsa, Leslie Paris of Tulsa and James "Chip" Paris (Stephanie) of Fairview, TX; and her nieces, Jan Farabough (Gary) of Ardmore, OK and Kathleen Branch (Jim) of Marble Falls, TX. She is also survived by three grandchildren, one great-grandson, plus great-nieces and great-nephews.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Resthaven Memorial Park (1901 E Hubbard Rd, Ponca City, OK 74604).
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Cann Memorial Botanical Gardens, 1500 E. Grand Avenue; to Marland Mansion Estate Foundation, 901 Monument Road; or Grace Episcopal Church, 109 N. 13th Street.
