She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie E. Price and Ruth E. Price (Gilleland); her husband Carl Maxwell; her daughter Clarissa Ruth Kohut; and her brothers, Gary Price, Jerry Price, Leon Price, Clifford Price and Warren Ivins.
She is survived by: her children, Carlton Maxwell (Mirriam) and Kathryn Albright (Jim); her brothers, Ronnie Price (Carol), Larry Price (Ann) and Archie Price; and her great great grandchild Avery Carter Layman.
