He was predeceased by: his parents, Hobart Rogers and Neita Rogers; his brother Barty; his in-laws, Phil and Esther Galvan; and his siblings-in-law, Sandy McEnany, Steve McEnany and Tim Sayles.
He is survived by: his wife Sonya; his stepdaughter Michelle Barnett (Anthony Hackner); his brother Randy; and his siblings-in-law, Sylvia Sayles, Phillip Galvan (Jackie), Rick Galvan (Colleen) and Mike Galvan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In gratitude for the care Frank received, the family requests donations be made to Hospice of North Central Oklahoma, 445 Fairview Ave #103, Ponca City, OK 74601, in lieu of flowers.
