He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon E. Stagner and Cleo Marie Stagner (Wehr); and his brothers, Dean Stagner, Lonny Stagner and Laile Stagner.
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Julie Stagner; his nephew Dake Stagner; and his nieces, Jeanne Baker, Robin Brown, Jana Stagner, Tina Chappell and Sarah Dawn.
