He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Custer and Joan Bickel (Pappan); his brother Ronnie Bickel; and his son-in-law Brandon Altman. He is survived by: his wife Teri; his children, Mark Bickel, Shannon Taylor, Bridgette Volz, Michele Benton (Jim) and Courtney Altman; and his sister Nina Pruett (Bill). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
