He was predeceased by : his parents, Arthur Jacques and Mae Butler Jacques. He is survived by : his wife Peggy June Deason; his daughters, Jan Jacques and Deana Cornish (Richard); his grandchildren, Jory Jacques (Kelly), Loren Leathers (Dalton), Jacques O'Connor, Rachel and Kaitlyn Abbott (Sean); his great grandchildren, Liam, Noah, Kade and Carly; and his great great grandchildren, Dahlia and Holton.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions in Jim's name be made to Hospice of North Central Oklahoma, 445 Fairview, Ponca City, Oklahoma 74601.
