She was predeceased by: her parents, James Bales and Ruth Bales (Hensley); and her sisters, Peggy Owens, Cozetta Hand, LaVanda Garrett and Patsy Owens.
She is survived by: her husband Ted Mitch of Ponca City; her daughters, Christina Waggoner (Greg) of Woodward and Shawndra Sheik (Kelsey) of Newkirk; and her brothers, James Bales of Ponca City and Kurtis Bales of Tonkawa. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
