She was loved and cherished by many people including: her father Edward Grinnell; her husband James Sargent of Ponca City, OK; her grandchildren, Addison and Brentlee; her children, Jenni Patterson (Allen) of Herington, Della "Sherry" Sargent-Long (Craig) of Delaware, Sonya Sargent of Delaware and Tracy Sargent (Carol) of Delaware; and her siblings, Ed Grinnell (Leslie) of Shelburne Falls, MA and Sandra Heran (Bruce) of Sierra Vista, AZ.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Miles Funeral Service (4001 E 9th Ave, Winfield, KS 67156).
A memorial has been established in Nancy's name for St. Jude Children's Hospital. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
