It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ralph Bill Miller of Ponca City, Oklahoma, who passed away on May 8, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, William Arvil and Augusta May Miller (Weaver); and his grandson Chad Lockhart. He is survived by : his wife Nell; his children, Diana Lockhart of Ponca City, OK and Billy G. Miller (Joy) of Neosho, MO; and his grandchildren, Leslee Seeliger (Lawrence) of Ponca City, Jessica Miller of Kansas City, MO, Jeremy Toon of Oklahoma City, OK and Michelle Coonce (John) of Justin, TX. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews, and other family members and friends.
