She is survived by: her daughter Antoinette (Barton Graham) of Ponca City; her grandchildren, Tyler, Ashtin, Annie and EmmaKate; her daughter Nicole (William Smith) of Ponca City; her grandchildren, Lakan, Colby, Tristan, Madi, Chase and Noah; her son Robert Bales (Kelly) of Ponca City; her grandchildren, Gavyn and Torrance; her child Ali (Stephen) of Bothell, WA; her grandchildren, Tanner and Lillith; her son Todd Bales (Annette) of Broken Arrow; her grandson Ben; and her daughter Rebecca Ward of Warr Acres.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to Northern Oklahoma Humane Society, Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation, or to local youth sports programs.
