He is survived by: his sister Kristi (John Lee) of Ashland, KS; and his children, Jeremy (Amiee Elrod) of Brookland, AR and Kimberly (Judd Smith) of Lumberton Tx. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, 2 great grandchildren, and many friends.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Restheaven Sunset Memorial Cemetery (1901 E Hubbard Rd, Ponca City, OK 74604).
